Each Friday, some of our students have the opportunity to work with and learn from local chef, Miel Bernstein.  Miel teaches our students in an encouraging and engaging manner on the skills of  food preparation using nutritious, local seasonal and mostly organic food.  We are honoured to have the passion and experience of Miel volunteering her time with us each week.
