Kent Elementary School

Our Vision: to engage and inspire children with a love for learning and to teach them the skills they need to reach their full potential.

Our Mission: Kent Elementary School’s educational programs will engage and help students develop their academic, social, emotional, athletic, and artistic skills. We will challenge and encourage our students to become confident, resilient learners who are proud of themselves and their culture. By supporting the whole child in a safe and nurturing environment, we will help them to discover their strengths and interests and grow into responsible citizens ready to take an active part in society.

Chain Saw Carver Ryan Villiers created a truly amazing rendition of the Cookie Monster in memory of long time Boston Bar custodian Ron Westerlund. Such talent! We tried to snatch him at the DEO, but he is now happily installed at BBESS for the real kids to enjoy:)
